Very poorly designed and executed. The user is near constantly bombarded about accepting or rejecting cookies. The app should remember the user's selection - that's the point of cookies. Navigating back to the menu after viewing an item is a real pain. The app lets you order "McDelivery" but does not let you order for pickup. The user should be able to place an order for pickup at the restaurant of their choice, specify whether they want to pick up at the counter or the drive-thru, and pay.

Tried redeeming my free meal (burger) with points twice and got nothing. First time, scanned and confirmed, but no ticket came out; when I retried, the machine said “not available.” Happened again—points deducted but no food. This app is a scam. Don’t waste your time or money. Other people experience this, so I have to do this kind of view.

Anytime I open it, it says there's an error and I need to update it to the latest version (which I did and it still doesn't work). I think it has something to do with my phone's version since it's quite outdated; specifically, the architecture which can only run 32-bit apps. I hope you do make an update to make it possible to use the app, regardless of phone version. Edit: I redownloaded it (2026/08/06) and it still doesn't work and shows the same issue.
